Door Dash has the worst customer service and clearly hires rude and criminal types with no regard to their customers safety. the store manager at PetSmart could not have been nicer about it, but he let me know that they do not get that fee, Door Dash does and then distributes to the drivers. How is PetSmart supposed to refund a tip given to Door Dash. I get an email from Dor Dash, (that cannot be responded to) telling me that I have to dispute this with PetSmart. The supervisor ensured me that it would be taken care of and the driver fired and suggested I file a report with the police for my safety. She agreed and said how seriously DD takes these reports and transferred me to a supervisor. I called Door Dash, spoke with a representative and told her I wanted my tip removed. If I did not have 2 rms lined with grocery bags, I would have taken her photo. then I asked her to leave and as she backed out of the driveway, she flipped me off with BOTH hands. when I asked her how long she was going to sit there, she aid "F%^&$-you" and flipped me off, got back on her phone and continued to sit there. When, in the rain, I parked and took out 8 bags of groceries and walked up to her dark blue van (her name was Julia) (in St. I had to park in the street in front of my home, (a yellow lined busy street) for nearly 20 minutes. she sat in my driveway for over 20 minutes. The Door Dash driver not only delivered my items 2 hours after the delivery window I paid for.
